wrongly assigned IP address

On a Hive with a single AP330 I have noticed this problem, where two android devices are persistently keeping their 192.168.1.x address and not using those assigned by the internal DHCP server, the actual DHCP range should be a 172.20.1.xx address.
I used client monitor to obtain these results.
Is it a mater of clearing the IP on the android, or could this be related to the ARP routing table?

I am thinking it's an issue with their equipment not the AP.
Their DHCP server is set to Authoritative as well.

Here are some screenshots to help:

Hi Jason,

You may want to try manually de-authenticating the client via HiveManager, and choosing the additional option to clear the cache from our equipment. This should at least ensure our tables are clear of it.

Monitor -> Clients -> Active Clients ->

Select the client -> Operation -> Deauth Client -> Check "Clear Cache - ALL"
