Wireless Client Status Changes

We have been monitoring for a while an issue where wireless client's user profile doesn't change in HiveManager (whether on-premise on HiveManager Online).  For example, a wireless client using 802.1X authentication gets correctly assigned the computer authentication user profile, and this is correctly displayed in HiveManager, but when the wireless client completes user authentication it is correctly assigned the user authentication user profile but HiveManager does not display the change.  To get the wireless client's user profile to display you  need to select the wireless client and then click on the "Refresh" button.

Since upgrading several HiveManagers to 6.1r6 and the access points to 6.1r6a we are now seeing the health status of wireless clients incorrectly displayed (shown as a red icon) until the wireless client's status is refreshed.

Is anybody else experiencing these issues?

Yes, there does appear to be an issue with stale information as you describe it.

The issue appears to be getting worse with the 6.1r6 firmware.
