Windows-based RADIUS Server

Can anyone recommend a Windows-based RADIUS server? Currently we are using a Server 2003 platform to support our deployment of eduroam due to feature incompatibilities/discrepancies between IAS/NPS.

To summarise, when defining a connection request policy I want to configure the 'Username' attribute to replace alias/variants of our domain name with or FQDN - the issue with NPS is although it appears to 'replace' this information, it doesn't thus causing authentication to fail.

Prior to NPS, we used SteelBelted RADIUS, formerly Funk and Juniper, now handled by pulse secure...

Maybe they can help.
