why are my reports not sending?

I have set up the email service settings and tested this works, I can send the reports manually from the report screen but when I set a schedule to report daily and email the same email address I dont get any reports...

Is this on HiveManger Online or an On premise HiveManager? If its on premise is the NTP settings correct so the report is being triggered correctly? Which reports are you setting up and what does the schedule look like?

Schedule is set to daily, and the reports are Top 20 Clients by Application, Top 10 Clients by Usage, SSIDs Bandwidth Usage over Time, Applications by Usage. All will email manually but not run when scheduled.
