When clicking Troubleshoot tab in HM it showing "A database-ralated error occurred."

I'm using HivemanagerNG build version 11.14.0.2.
When I click on the troubleshoot tab in the HM it showing below error message and nothing is displaying under the issue list.

hi, the fix is coming. Just wait few more days and you will be able to update the NG instance.

Hi Guys,

The issue that you are seeing is related to a database corruption. The upgrade that is referred to in this thread will prevent the corruption from occurring but it will not recover the corruption that has already occurred.

My advice is to open a support ticket and request assistance in resolving the issue. It is quite a simple process but requires support assistance.
