What are the best radio profile settings for a heavy iPad environment, with nearby APs?

I have been having issues with my network where I have been getting the error message "AP AH-XX (more than one AP): wifi0 interface Tx retry rate alarm threshold......I get about 10 an hour......starting to get really annoying.

One of the solutions which was recommended to me was to create and optimize a radio profile for my environment. (230 iPads). My questions is, what settings should I change?

Band steering mode was one (but which Urge 5GHz or enforce?)
Turning off the Radio Rates for 2.4 Ghz 1Mb and 2Mb.

I have 11 AP 120's....see below.

Thanks

There are some good High Density Config Guide posted online on Aerohive website.

The short version with principles is here

http://www.aerohive.com/pdfs/Aerohive...

The long version that goes through the theory and a lot more (including what needs to be done before deploying the AP's) is here

Hope its helpful.

James,

Lots of variables here as well. If you want to chat offline, I can try to help (It's probably easier to talk on the phone or IM for instant response) and then we can report back to HiveNation on what we changed.
