What products are recommended for a small sized company with about ~10 users?

I am looking to set up a wifi network with about 10 users.  I would like this more secure than just a home based wifi router, like a Linksys.  Or would that really be all I need?

It's a small company, and other than banking information, the data being transmitted does not have to be like HIPPA type secure.

For routing I'd suggest using Mikrotik as it's a cheap and decent solution. The Ubiquiti AP's are not very stable. If you really like it to be secure the you should have a look at Airtightnetworks. They have a node which you can use only for security. And for access you can have a look at Aerohive or Ruckus or Ubiquiti. my 2 cents

The price of a Aerohive AP121 is decreased with +-30 percent. You also need to look how large and how many walls the office have to decide how much access points you need. The capacity will not be the problem

Aerohive's AP121 would be your best bet.  There are other vendors that have cheaper solutions for an SMB deployment with just 10 users.  Keep in mind that they will not have a lot of enterprise features like Aerohive has.  If you still need good enterprise integration, I would recommend the Aerohive AP121 access  point.
