Vlan Setup

Hi everybody,

We have recently got Aerohive APs 121 and virtual HiveManager 6.1r2.
We have two different networks with two different gateways to the internet:

Network #1: 10.10.3.0 Gateway: 10.10.3.99
Network #2: 10.10.5.0 Gateway: 10.10.5.99

The two networks are not routed to each other. However, we have plans to setup Vlans for the two networks and get them routed to each other so that the APs in the two networks can access the HiveManager.

We would like to know if there is a way where we configure all APs with two SSIDs and each SSID gets linked with a different Vlan of the two networks.

If this objective is achievable, what would be the requirement and how can we configure it?

Thanks & Regards,

It's possible, but depends on what equipment you have and the capabilities of that equipment.

maybe this blog will help.
