Users are experiencing slowness when connected to AP 120

We have several SSIDs running and about 30 clients connected to the AP 120. The connection is slow via WiFi but there are no network issues since LAN works ok. Any advise?

How many SSIDs is "several?"

My initial suggestion would be to ensure that you disable the 802.11b data rates, assuming you have no such clients... this is most networks these days.

Check that you have not disabled WMM by accident.

Do you have airtime fairness enabled? If not, enable it.

And do you just have the one HiveAP 120 or more?

Have you updated the AP(s) to 6.1r3b?

There are a large number of potential issues that are outside the scope of a quick reply that could be making things 'slow', so be prepared to do some investigation if these don't give a quick 'win'.
