We are having problems in trying to log in to the access point of Aerohive. The last engineer isn ́t working with us anymore and we lost the password and the username to try access and manage the access point. Is there any way to recover the username and password of the equipment without resetting anything?

Model: Hive AP 340

So if you have access to the Hivemanager managing the devices you can see and change the admin password on the devices.  Select one or all of them and choose modify.  Under Optional Settings and Credentials, you can add a new admin and/or read-only account.  If you have only selected a single device, you can untick the obscure password box and see the username/password.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it, the problem is that we dont know the email address of that person and also if we had it, we dont know the password of that email. Is there another solution?

Please call support.  They can help you identify the email account used for the primary administrator.

Since you don't know the admin email account, they will likely need some other information to help identify your account.  Company name, serial numbers of some of your devices, your VHM name (sounds like you won't know this one either).
