Hello,

we have in our headquarter and in our branches accesspoints. Our Hivemanager is an on-premised Version in our Headquarter. The Access Points in the HQ send the informationes like "Top Application" etc. to the hivemanager. Our APs in the branches not. I see no blocks on our Firewall.

Someone an idea?

First thought is: NTP & DNS.

If the time on APs is not correct, then those stats are usually not showing up correctly. And the most common cause for NTP not working is DNS not configured properly...

Please do the following tests:
Establish a CLI connection to one of your HQ and one of your remote APs, and compare:
- output of "show clock" - is the time correct?
- ping www.google.com - is the DNS name resolved properly to an IP address?

If DNS resolution, didn't work, check the DNS settings for APs first. Then test the time again. If it is still wrong, check the NTP settings for APs. Also check the configured time zones for APs, the VHM, the Hivemanager itself (root level) AND your admin account. Ideally, they all match.
