Uploading the config ends up having an error: The number of network services ("[72]") is more than is allowed ("[71]")

Hi there,

I have made some changes the the firewall policy- adding more network services to deny-

After saving the changes, I tried to upload the config to the AP's which ended up failing. the error message is : The number of network services ("[72]") is more than is allowed ("[71]")

I have in total 4 user profiles, each one has about 30 to 50 network services used.

I hardly believe that only 71 network services is allowed in total, otherwise, the whole idea doesn't make sense.

Both Hive manager and AP's are  on 6.1r6 release

Please help in solving the issue.

Interesting!

maybe a change of thought process is needed.

maybe define what you allow and then have a deny all as the catch all.

There is only so much memory that can go inside an AP before the price goes up.

I would recommend at the AP level  you allow and deny at a higher level

and use a dedicated firewall to get granular.

Cheers

Thanks for the reply.

I will definitely try the suggested approach.
