I have just received three new AP 121 for my network (the other APs on my network are 120) and I am having issues updating them to the latest HiveOS.

I keep getting the following error message when I try:

An error occurred when executing the following CLI command: save image scp:// ******@198.46.54.150:/HiveManager/downloads/home/image/AP121-141-6.0r2a.img.S no-prompt_password******
Either the Aerohive device cannot connect to the SCP server or there is no such file directory on the server.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi James, can you confirm the APs can use TCP 22 outbound to the Hivemanager server? Do you have a firewall policy that could be blocking their access?
