Upgrade even if the HiveOS versions are the same - 6.1r6a

Hey there. I am confused - I can't seem to update my SR2148P (currently on HiveOS 6.1r4a.1646), and my AP330 (currently on HiveOS 6.0r2c) without checking this box. We are running Hive Manager Online, 6.1r6a.

I do not really understand this option though - can I update to the latest OS or not?
Thanks for any advice and best,
Roman

Your AP 330's can be bumped up to HiveOS 6.1r3.1496, while your SR2148P is running the latest OS. If HM doesn't do it automatically when you push an update, go to Advanced and select Upload and Activate HiveOS Firmware. If you're using HMOL, the latest Hive OS version should be available.
Don't let your Hive Manager version fool you into thinking there are matching Hive OS versions.

Best,
BJ

Excuse me, the AP 330's can indeed be upgraded to HiveOS 6.1r6.1779. I was looking at the wrong device on my HM. My apologies.

Ha, stupid question I guess, but where do I get the image file from? Also (for future updates), how can I figure out if a certain OS version is actually going to work on a certain device?

Select the version you wish to deploy from the pull down menu.

If the version you want is not listed, click the Add/Remove button and pull the image from the update server.
