Unusually high RSSI from an ACSP neighbor

I was looking at an AP with a high 5GHz retry rate. I checked and it was broadcasting on a particular channel where it collides with an unknown radio source.

I did an OUI look for this: 1a8d:121d:04d8  and yielded no match. How do I mitigate this? I have changed the channel of that particular AP for now and retry rates started dropping. But how do i find this offending signal.

Do any other APs in the area show that same BSSID, allowing you to triangulate in on it? If not, you may have to take a portable wireless scanner of some sort to the area to home in the offending signal.
