Unable to enter an entitlement key.

When we access the page to enter our entitlement key, Home > Administration > License Management, there is no input field to enter a license key. It simply states how many devices we are licensed for, which is inaccurate.

Hi Adam,

Are you using Hivemanager Online? I've seen this before if people try to access the license management with any other account than the primary account on which it was created. Could this be the case?

Yes, that appears to be the issue. If you don't use the original administrator account that was created, you will not see the license key field.

I can confirm.
Had the same problem where our entitlement key expired, so we had to log in with the original admin account in order to see the license info.
None of the other admin accounts can see this info.

Is this a bug, or is that how the Hivemanager online is supposed to work?

I believe this is by design. The primary Admin account can add entitlement keys, other accounts cannot.
