Hello I'am trying to activate the license for additional AP's but unfortunately when activating the licence i'am receiving this message " Unable to validate the entitlement key. HiveManager cannot form a network connection with the license server(hmupdates.aerohive.com). I tried to ping the server.

Hi Levi, Please check whether the HiveManager has access to hmupdates.aerohive.com tcp port 443 (HTTPS)

Do you have the ability to watch what is happening on your enterprise firewall?  If it is a layer 7 or application layer firewall you might have to get someone to open up a specific application for the hive manager to get out.  You could also turn on logging on the DNS server that the hive manager is talking to so you could watch and see exactly what names it is trying to resolve, then if your firewall will let you make rules for FQDNs you can set up access for the hive manager to the FQDN it is asking the DNS server to resolve.  That is, if you don't have access to a monitor port and a sniffer.
