Unable to upgrade from 11.14.0.2

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade our on prem Hivemanager-ng to the latest version, however after uploading the file it doesn't do anything at all.
This is the upgrade path: 10.14.0.2 > 11.17.6.4 > 11.21.0.1 > 11.26.0.29

We are trying to upgrade using: hivemanager-ng-upgrade-pack-11.17.6.4-2017-01-21_from_11.14.0.2.tar.signed

Hi Dennis,

You will need to open a support case to be upgraded from 11.14.

Hi Nick,

When i log into the support portal i don't see a button where i can submit a new case.
And when i browse this site i get a lot of HTTP Error 404's. 
Could you assist me with this matter?

Do you have direct support or is your support via an Aerohive partner?

Hi,

I believe it's via a Partner.
I already asked them, but i haven't gotten a reply from them so i thought i'd try asking you guys what the procedure might be for this upgrade :)

Hi Dennis,

To update from 11.14, it requires the assistance of Aerohive support on a call as this needs to be done via the shell. (This does not apply to other versions.)

The expected path is that the partner will open a support ticket with us to schedule this.

Okay thanks, we have access to the shell as well, so that's why i wanted to check.
