For the other 2, I have a mistake 9: I tried to reset them without success.
How do I connect them?

Try connecting the non working APs to the connections where the other working APs are connected to and if the non working one starts to work there might be a layer 1 issue (ethernet cable, terminations issue, etc...) , it could also be a configuration issue on the port of the switch you are currently trying to connect to. start with that and see what happens, make sure you press the reset button for at least 20 seconds. I have run into similar issue before and I had to go through the reset process at least three times before it finally worked.

Hope this helps.

the previous owner can't unmanage these AP because he didn't renew this account

Sounds like you may need to contact Aerohive and ask them to remove from old VHM so you can add them to the new one. Might be an issue with licensing as well in which case Aerohive support needs to get involved.

I am in the same boat with a home network that I am trying to use as a lab to understanding various configuration options for customers.  My 122's and 130's can connect fine, but my 120's fail to connect.  Were you able to find out how to reset the id's for another VHM?

i haven't any support account (without order, i can't create an account...)
i call to aerohive France and he tell me
"it's illegal to buy used AP" (what ???)
"we can't force vhm" (the previous owner unsuscribe his account)
"to get firmware, you must have a non-free account"

For me, aerohive create link between software AND hardware and this is illegal in europe !!

what the hell, aerohive is the only you must paid to have firmware
i just want 6.5r8 firmware for these AP and unmanaged all my AP (configured via ssh it's perfect for me)
but i think i change to antother compagny

Hi nuxien,

Have you yet created a Connect ticket with Support via:
https://www3.aerohive.com/support/connect-support/

The team may be able to help you depending on your circumstances but you would need to discuss it with them.

Regards,

Nick

The process that Nick provided to contact support worked great and they were able to reset the serials numbers.
