Unable to add comments to support ticket

Is anyone else having trouble posting comments to your support tickets?  I can add attachments, but can't add comments.  There are no errors and I have tried different browsers with no luck.

Tech Support is aware of this and working on it. Unofficially, it seems to be related to the length of the comments you enter, I have heard that short strings are accepted but longer ones just disappear. Try several shorter entries instead of one longer paragraph.
