Unable to add AP to hive manager

Hi... I'm not able to add a AP to my hive manager.. It doesn't connect automatically and when I try manually I get "There was a duplicate serial number in system" my s/n is 02301403250078.. Whats interesting I see a rougue AP assigned to my account and don't know where it came from.. It has a totally completely different IP address then my network... The mac for that device is 001977000150... What gives?

Pleas contact your Aerohive representative/support to fix the duplicate message. It seems to be that the Serial Number got registered elsewhere somehow.
