Trying to run a report on WAN availability, says no routers are available...

I have a client that has a commercial conference space on top of a small mountain.  I installed a BR200 and 2 AP350's to cover the space for great WiFi coverage... only problem is that they are complaining about "no internet" and blaming the Aerohive system when I know that it is more likely the Comcast internet dropping off.  I want to run a report that shows the "WAN Availability" for the last month, but when I run it, it is a blank graph and the "available routers" section says "none available"...  Am I missing a setting or something to get this report to work properly?  I've tried shorter intervals (ie 1 hour) and same result.  Everything is running latest software/firmware as of this morning....

Any help would be very good for us all!

Hello Jesse,

Can you check the time settings on your Br200 and hivemanager?
