The CAPWAP connection with HiveManager was lost, but the APs are showing a white light.

I am getting the following error messages in my HMO, but when I go to see what color the light on the AP is, it is white.

What should I be doing to fix this?

If you would to upgrade to 5.1r4, please either phone our ATAC, Aerohive Technical Assistance Center at 866-365-9918 or via our Support Portal at http://www.aerohive.com/support and request an upgrade.

With regard to your question and the message at the top of your Hive Manager screen, the connection column shows that your APs are connected to Hive Manager as shown by the green octagon icon under the Connection column and I would expect the LED on your APs to be white.

The message about removing items is only informational.
