I can’t login to My-Hive, it gives me this error: The login information does not match an active account. Please try again .
Last Thursday, everything worked fine.
We’ve reset the password successfully, but we still get the error message.

What is cause? What can we do? This is very urgent because we’re deploying some AP’s today...

I am having this issues multiple time at our company. I have been here for almost 2 months and first time Aerohive user (CISCO prior). What causes this? Today I have 2 different locations that cannot give IDs because of this issue. SNL financial with over 170 AP's worldwide.

Hi Ed,

This usually means what it says on the tin. That the username and/or password is incorrect or the account is disabled.

I suggest that you contact your point of support if you're still having issues logging in.

In a maintenance window, you may encounter the same message for HMOL.

Nope they have not been disabled or removed. And it has happened 3 times now the past month and a have opened tickets w support and the next day it works but never and answer. Like it is now. It is not what I need for a reliable system.

Well, I have the same issue with my My-Hive account.
I should get my AP information rearranged big time. I did do some renovation in the house and AP was offline for quite while. Meaby thats why the account does not work..

Could I get some help with this issue please?
"The login information does not match an active account. Please try again."
My login name is porsimo followed with that "G" related common ending.

Seriously, my subscribtion should be active till 11-12-2016 but my account does not work. How to recover that account? Yes it is a minor account with 5 dev license but hey, I'd like to keep using it! AH121 is all good ap ihmo. I have my Entitlement key saved on my notes..
