we recently revived an aerohive device for our company, and have been having a few ssues with the initial setup and configuration. the issue we have been having are as follows: first wehn we tried to input the devioces serial number the website kept rejecting it for some reason, then finally accepted the serial number but could tell that the device was connected. The issue being that we can't configure or use the device because the hive manager keeps saying the device is disconected. Also not sure if it is relevent but when the serial number was finally accepted the mac adress assingned to the device was not correct and for some reason can not be changed to the correct address. Also we are using the ether net POE connection to power the device and the device is linked to an 8 port netgear pro safe switch that is linked to th internet router via cat5 (device is model ap230)
