Support account switchover

I'm trying to get updated firmware files for a few older devices, but I'm unable to create a support account. The devices would be registered to our old company (which was bought out, giving us a new domain name in the process), and we no longer have access to the original email account used or the actual username/password since the old IT manager is no longer here. What can be done to create a new account with our new domain?
