I got an alert from hivemanager over the weekend, titled "Stop posting data to the Euclid server".

Here is the content:
The Euclid server is down.

Alert Type:        Hivemanager
Alert Detail(Partition):
Severity:            Critical
Message:        The Euclid server is down..

I don't know what a Euclid server is/or think I have one. Can anyone shed light on this error?

Euclid refers to Euclid Analytics. It is intended for retailers.

To understand what it is, read:

If you don't have this and the message is not repeating, I would ignore the error.

We are using Retail Analytics for one of our clients and last night I got 200 emails about the server is down. Can I verify in hivemanager if its running ( Local hivemanager, not online. ) ?

What is the consequence?

I also received this alert, running 6.4r2a on-prem with no "retail stores" selected under  Presence Analytics and verified that Enable Presence Server is not enabled on any of the radio profiles... is this a cosmetic bug?

We have 6.4.r1 but also RA enabled, several stores added and active radioprofile. I can ́t se anything thats wrong in the RA page, all sensors are reporting.
