Still showing default hive, hive0

Hi, I have 22 AP's staged here prior to deployment. All configs, OS upgrades successful, however, all AP's are still showing the default Hive, hive0. The auto provisioning I had done was interrupted by a lack of entitlement key at the time, although now is in place. I have also removed all serial numbers from the inventory and re-added them. Any suggestions? Thanks....

Hi Tim,

Did the AP's receive a full config push after the entitlement key business? The downside of this is that the AP's will have to reboot, but it should solve your Hive0 problem.

Also you may want to check which Hive is selected under: Configure Network Policy > Additional settings.

Best Regards,

Stefan

Aha. Thanks a lot Stefan. Missed that Additional settings bit. Yes all AP's were rebooted. Actually it happened again for another sites units which were also auto provisioned. I see now it can be easily changed manually. Perhaps it is a provisioning thing? Defaults to the default hive maybe. Anyway thanks a lot.
