SSH client

I'm having some trouble connecting to some of my AP330 access points via the SSH client in Hivemanager Online, but I'm able to connect to other AP330s via HMOL without issue. I haven't found any access points that I can't connect to via putty though. When I can't connect, I get the following message: Cannot set up an SSH connection between the device and HiveManager because the connection was refused.
Are there any settings I can check to make sure the ap will accept a ssh connection?

Hi

Can you confirm for me that TCP port 22 outbound from the AP to the HM server is open and that traffic is able to pass during the time that SSH fails? Do full config uploads run successfully?

The SSH session is done by HM sending a command to the device and telling it to SSH to the HMOL server so this is how the SSH Tunnel is built, this would explain why you can use putty as it is done the other way around.

Also what version of HMOL and HiveOS are you running?

6.1r1; something to add; access points that I was able to connect to last night, I am unable to connect to this morning consistently; but if I try several times, I may be able to connect.

You may be running in to a known issue, could you upgrade to 6.1r2 and see if the problem remains?
