SR2148p POE error on three ports

Hi
I lost contact with three Aerohive AP230. Checking the LEDs on the switch indicated POE fault for the three ports used.
From the hivemanager I power cycled the ports. It made no difference.
The total POE power consumption is 86 watts, 778 watts are still available.
POE settings are identical for all ports.
The switch is nearly two years old.
Does this indicate a hardware failure?
Anything else I could try?

Are there other APs that remain online? There could be a cabling issue. Try connecting one of the failing APs directly to the switch, swap ports, adjust the PSE settings on the switch; just a few things that come to mind.

Best,

Thank you for your reply.
I have 8 other AP's connected to the switch working perfectly.
I connected the AP's to other ports on the switch and everything was fine.
The LEDs on the switch and the hivemanager still indicates POE errors on these three switch ports after unplugging the ethernet cables.
The PSE settings are identical for all ports, the combined power consumption is about 10% of the total possible power consumption for the switch.
I suspect the ports are failing. I haven't dared to reboot the switch....
