I'd like to know if there is a way to set one of the ports on the SR2024 switch to act as a WAN interface.

I see that I can use the USB port but I can't seem to figure out how or if it possible to use a wired port as my wan connection. Any ideas?

SR2024 acts primarily as a switch. However you can also run in in a router mode and that enables WAN ports. Be aware though that in router mode the traffic is steered trough the CPU so the unit will have reduced performance capabilities.

When running as a switch, SR units don't have a WAN port ability.

Thanks for the reply George. I've got a few questions about performance in router mode, but i'll start a new thread for those.

Thanks again,
Will
