Split DHCP between AeroHive and Server2012?

Currently we are running 8 APs in two VLANs. Internal is overidden to v30, guest is overidden to v40. Right now all DHCP requests are relayed to our internal DHCP server( on Server 2012. These are split into the correct subnets based on their VLAN tags, and all is working great. I would like to offload the guest DHCP onto the Aerohives to minimize attack surface on our DHCP as well as DNS servers by guests. However, I can see how I could move both DHCP scopes onto the Aerohives, but how do I only configure the guest(VLAN40) subnet to use Aerohive DHCP, while still allowing VLAN30 traffic to use Server 2012? I assume it has something to do with the extra interfaces (mgt0.1 etc), but I'm unsure how to go about configuring these. Any help is appreciated!
