snmp on hivemanager cannot run

I need to monitor hivemanager server by SNMP from some monitor applications (eg Cacti, PRTG...), I config snmp at: Home\Device management setting\HiveManager Services\  
But it did not work, 
How can i fix it ?

Hi Sunday, The setting you have pointed out enables SNMP for the wifi access points that are using the network policy. You can monitor the wifi access points using SNMP monitoring software.

Thank ruwan, but I don't need to monitor access point, i need monitor only Hivemanager server by SNMP, how can I setup this ? 
The monitor server is ready reach to hivemanager server and no firewall bettween them.

I would make sure the agent, HM server, is able to reach the manager. You could ping from the manager to agent, and agent to manager. You should also consider any security appliance/ firewall that might be interfering. It doesn't hurt to look at firewall logs. Make sure UDP ports 161 and 162 are not blocked. You could also look at any logs stored on the manager side.
