The Simplified Troubleshooting in HiveManager NG is a really cool way to proactively diagnose and remedy client connectivity problems. An admin has the ability to troubleshoot in real-time or historically.

Huge thumbs up from me!

I'm really loving the new troubleshooting features, makes it well worth the move from HM to HM-NG! They're amazingly useful! :)

It would also, hint hint, be really useful down the line to also snoop on and map the TLS fatal alert codes during 'well known' TLS-based EAP exchanges that have failed. This can really help in the troubleshooting process knowing why the handshaking process bails if it does.
(By well known, I mean the common EAP types that are TLS-based.)

For TLS 1.0, these codes are defined in https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2246 in Section 7.2
For TLS 1.1, these codes are defined in https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4346.txt in Section 7.2
For TLS 1.2, these codes are defined in https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc5246.txt in Section 7.2

(It's possible to use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 for EAP these days.)
