I currently use the HiveManager NGs latest release 11.26.3.5 on a Microsoft Hyper-V 2016 Cluster. Till now I set its IP address using our central DHCP service. But our company policies prefer hosted services like this to have static IP settings. So, I searched in the manuals and the web gui to find a possiblility to set this up to static, but there wasn't any. I found in another thread here, that there would be access to console login with admin pwd aerohive. But this doesn't work for me, so maybe I changed this somewhere in the depths of the web gui. Could maybe someone help me to find access to console or show me a possibility to get the IP address, subnet, default gateway changed to static?
Thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot.

Statically configuring the underlying CentOS platform causes HMNG to malfunction in areas such as certificate management and causes redirection to an IP address rather than to FQDN which causes issues with NAT traversal and certificate verification.
That said, it can be done but it requires a shell access password that is specific to each installation.
You would need to open a support case to see if the support team will do this with you therefore.
