Set image to boot, but what version?

Hi all,

So, I am in a training for Aerohive and there I learned about the "Set image to boot" option. Which is great! Much easier than going into CLI and uploading it manually. Unfortunately you can't see the version number you are rolling back to. Is it a possibility to get that in a single view?

Indeed you are right!

In the GUI, you can select a device and click on utilities -> set image to boot. This will give you the option of booting either to current image or backup image.

To find out what firware verison those images are you can select a device and go to utilities -> diagnostics -> show version. This will send a CLI command (show version detail) to the device returning with detailed information about both images.

I agree though it would be cool if we would show the actual version of the image directlu in the "set image to boot" screen.

Thanks for the good idea!
