Seperate ID-Manager to vHMs

We have an on-premise hivemanager with several vHMs. We got an id manager test license connected to our global hivemanager. Is there any possibility to seperate the id manager to these vHMs so that the users that administrate the accounts in id manager can only create accounts for their vHM SSIDs and not for all SSIDs?

Unfortunately not - this is a known limitation of Hivemanager Classic on-premise, as you can only add one ID manager account, on the root level of the HM.

In theory this is solved in NG, but unfortunately there is no multi-VHM version, and it is unclear if it will ever come.

Thanks for your reply. Just for clarification because I am not used to hivemanager NG:
With that last sentence, do you mean you can not create virtual hives with NG or that there is no multi-hive id manager? Thanks!

You cannot create virtual hives. NG on-premise, as of today, is not multi-tenant capable, and my last feedback was that the single-VM version will not support multiple VHMs. But that statement might change again, as it already did several times within the last 1 year.

There is also a multi-VM version supposed to be released, for MSPs, which would include the full NG platform as private cloud. A year ago I was told to ask again in summer, and I forgot to ask which year...

I am expecting some more insights & announcements during the EMEA partner conference in May. Fingers crossed...
