Scheduled psk distribution for guest access (PSK daily generated)

Is it possible to send psk's from the local users database, scheduled (every day) to a receptionist. For our Guest access, we generate passwords every day and we need to distribute that to all our sites. How can we do that? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Do you not want to have your receptionists log into UserManager/HiveManager to create accounts for guests? That way, you won't need to dole out some of the passwords to each of your sites each day. All receptionists will instead draw from the same pool of PPSKs on-demand, without worry about the keys being issued multiple times in different places.

Your HiveManager instance should be enabled for UserManager automatically. You can create admin accounts in HiveManager for your receptionists, using the built in UserManager Operator role. If you have multiple SSIDs or Local User Groups, you can limit which ones each receptionist can access.

Home > Administration > Administrators > Administrators

The receptionist can then log into HiveManager at your normal URL, and login with his/her credentials. They will be presented with a different interface that will allow them to register users and issue keys.

Andrew, I'm also interested in this topic. For the sake of argument, let's say that I *don't* want any admin staff logging into HiveManager. Would it be possible to have auto-generated PPSKs emailed to someone when they're created?

I'm also interested in being able to do this. Our marketing team controls our guest access, and they have customers visit a few times a week.

The person in marketing who usually logs into user manager asked me if they could get a daily email with one of the auto-generated ppsks for the day. If they needed more than one they would then log into user manager and fill out the form.

It's obviously a very small thing, but if I can make our users' lives easier without taking a hit to security, I'd obviously prefer to do that.
