Hey all. I am in a Networking class and our lab is working with Aerohive. For this weeks homework we have the following instructions:

1.      Log into your Aerohive planner account.

2.      Right-click on your top-level folder, and select Add/Delete Image. Click on Upload. Navigate to the CampusLayout.png file you created in Step 2, select the file, and click Open. The file you created CampusLayout.png should now be uploaded to your account on the server.

I can't seem to get this to work. not on Firefox and not on Edge. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Frank

Frank ... Do you receive any errors? What happens when you try those steps?

Frank,
Try selecting the "Operations" button and then "Add/Delete Image". That should get to the point of uploading your image.

Frank,
Thank you for the image. The directions that you have are for our older HM 6 platform. With regards to our newer HM-NG platorm, select the "Office Floor" on the left hand menu, then on the right hand side you should see a button called "Upload Floor Plan". Then select "Upload New From Computer".

Regarding HM-NG training, we offer Course Based Training. Here is a link to sign up:

Hope this helps ....

Thanks. I kinda figured it was something like that. I wish I knew how to add a word document here so i could show the whole assignment. it seems that we are adding a new location with a two floor bldg, and that floor plan will be used there.attached are a few more screenshots to show what i mean.
