How can I restrict specific devices from accessing the internet, I want a way I can lock them out so they can't access the internet. They need to be specific devices though, any way of doing this would be great for me to know. Thanks.

This should be easy to achieve.

Define first an IP policy that:

1) Permits traffic where the destination IP is in the local IP range that is assigned via DHCP.
2) Permits traffic where the destination IP is 255.255.255.255.
3) Denies traffic where the destination IP is anything else.

Then, reference this IP policy in a user profile and ensure that this user profile is mapped to the desired clients.
