This may be a limitation of SalesForce, but I'd love to be able to respond to support tickets via email. This is especially helpful on mobile devices.

I passed along your idea to our support folks, and was told that it is a limitation of Salesforce and our current support portal. They really liked this capability too when it was available with the previous tools, and they have been looking into ways to offer it again. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for that at this time.

Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into enhancements to our Support Portal, and customer feedback is very helpful.
