Remove AP from HM. Cannot find "Device inventory>>remove"

Remove AP from HM to allow for other AP to be managed. Trying to remove, but could not find the "device inventory>>remove" feature. When trying to push any configuration updates, I received this error "HiveManager has nearly reached the maximum number of devices it can manage with the current license. The number of devices that HiveManager can manager under this license is 1". Please help.

Hi Jerry,

You should see the remove option here:


If you don't see that option make sure you are logged in as an admin with the correct privileges.

Hi Deven,

Who do I contact in regards to giving my HM account correct admin privileges? My former IT manager did not give us any info in regards to this account when he left. I can configure and monitor the APs, but don't have the ability to remove them as shown in the picture above. Can you please advise the next steps?
