Radsec issue

Hello,

We have an issue while setting up authentication through a captive portal with HiveManager NG Authentication Service.
While logging in on the captive portal, I got an error :

"Network access is currently unavailable because acknowledgement of your submitted registration has not been received from the authentication server. Please try again later, and if this problem persists, contact your network administrator"

Someone from the AH support told that this is due to the RadSec Certificate missing. 
FYI, the AP is allowed to access Internet on all ports without filtering. 

AP05#sh idm
IDM client: Enabled Per SSID
IDM Proxy IP: 192.168.216.5
IDM proxy: Disabled
RadSec Certificate state: Not exist
AP05#

AP05#exec _test tcp-service host 54.171.185.94 port 2083

Test successfully.
=> IP found on another post of this forum.

AP05#exec _test tcp-service host 52.210.53.221 port 2083
Testing TCP connection for host=52.210.53.221, port=2083, timeout=10 seconds
Test failed:Timed out, maybe the destination IP or port can not reachable.
=> IP provided by the support team.

AP05#exec aaa idm-test radsec-proxy
There is no valid certificate on the Aerohive device.

Have you an idea ?
