Problem with signature file

after upgrade to newest HiveOS 6.5.R8a (AP370) and with newest Hivemanager.
i got this problem:
"An error occured when executing the following CLI command: save signature file scp://*****@10.2.0.10:/Hivemanager/downloads/home/signature/br200_all_plugins_AVC6_6-1-0.tar.gz no-prompt_password******.
 
What to do

You will need to open a support case to progress this.

Please reference CFD-2783 when you do and ask for escalation.

just to say that AP250 with hiveOS 8.1r2a is working fine

It is specifically an issue with the AP370/AP390 with HiveOS 6.5r8.

How do you get support for your Aerohive APs?

If you do not have access to direct support, you would be expected to do this via your reseller.

we have got support from a reseller, but it would be nice to have access to direct support - I suppose it's free ?

Hi Jan,

In EMEA, direct support is not free. For now, please open a case via your reseller stating that they should put in the case with Aerohive that it will require escalation to Tier 3 with the CFD number.

Follow up
We have tried HiveOS 6.5.R8b and we stille got the problem. We open a case on the 27 oktober. and we were told that there would be a fix in December. any news ??

Hi Jan,

This will be resolved with HiveOS 6.5r9 on the AP370/AP390

I can't give a precise release date but the expectation at this point is around mid-Q1
