Problem with PPSK on Windows 10

Consider an SSID "TestSSID" and a PPSK of "qwerty" is generated for the user. After the user is connected to the network, if this PPSK is deleted and a new PPSK is created for the same user, the device is not able to authenticate. it says network requirements not met but doesn't prompt the user to enter new PPSK. The same problem in Macs can be solved by using the Forget This Network option to delete the cached key but couldn't find an equivalent solution on Windows because Windows allows to forget only trusted networks which it has in its database. Not all networks are shown in this tab. Can the WLAN solution prompt the windows user to enter a new key or does this have to be fixed by Microsoft?

Thanks.

You can forget the network in Windows 10 also. See the following link: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/forget-wireless-network-profiles-windows-10

Yes we can forget any network under the section "Manage Known Networks". Sometimes it doesn't show up all the networks in this section. Instead of doing this the hard way, is it possible for the Aerohive APs to prompt the user to enter a key when returning a negative acknowledgement for authentication?

I don't think so. This is default windows behavior.

Yes it is Win behavior. Same hete with Aruba network solution. And on surfaces as whell. No fix for it as far as we could find, only deleting your current connection /forget it and reconnect with the same connection
