Hi,

We have a guest network configured with PSK. When we use it with a group  which keys are generated with PSK validity period equal Always, we dont't have problems. If we do the same with keys generated with PSK validity period equals Recurring, the keys don't work.

Do you have any idea??

Thanks,

Claudia

Claudia,

Do you have a Private PSK User Availability Schedule or automatic creation and rotation of private PSK configured? When you configure the validity period as reoccurring you will need either one of them.

Screenshots of your configuration will help.

I would check:
  • That the access point's NTP source is working.  You can SSH into an access point and execute a show ntp command.  The active NTP source will have "(active)" after it in the results.
  • That the NTP time zone is correct for the location where the access points are.  The NTP time zone is located in the NTP Assignments: Configuration -> Advanced Configuration -> Management Services -> NTP Assignments.
