PPSK user group not available in User Manager

I've set up a user group with authentication type PPSK and have assigned it to an SSID that's configured for PPSK authentication.  In User Manager, however, the PPSK user group is not in the dropdown list of available groups.

If from this brief description anyone can tell me where I might have gone wrong or what step I've missed I would be grateful.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

In the user profile settings have you configured this?

Manage users for this profile via User Manager: If you have a User Manager license installed, selecting this check box makes users to whom this user profile is applied manageable through User Manager. By clearing the check box, users to whom devices apply this user profile cannot be managed through User Manager.

User Manager is designed to be a simple means of providing temporary wireless network access for visitors at corporate sites, conference attendees, and others with short-term WLAN access needs. Typically, the type of user profiles in which you might enable this option would be those used by SSIDs that were created for such temporary users as opposed to SSIDs created for permanent employees.

Kind Regards,
