Porblems wit GoToMeeting

Hello, Hive nation. I am getting crazy eith one problem that I've been facing with my customer. They cannot connect when try to gotomeeting, but I already check it and there is notting to do, I am just monitoring. Can I do something special to sove this problem?

I would observe what's going on with a packet capture with a tool like Wireshark.

Is there a firewall in the way, after local issues with the client, that would be the next most likely culprit.

There is a Firewall (Fortigate), but I am thinking if I could do some configuration. 
For example, They told me that have problem with Hang out too.

Any ideia Nick Lowe ?

Like I said, consider comparing a packet capture from a working setup with a packet capture from the broken setup with Wireshark.

There is nothing specific about an Aerohive access point that would stop GoToMeeting from working in its typical configuration.

Nick is correct, Aerohive uses GoToMeeting all the time...
