I have a client that has poor health, but usually when I see it the radio health is low. This one it particular says the network health is 0. Not exactly sure what that means. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Bobby,

The 'Network Health' points to a problem behind the AP. For the most part, this flags when there is a DHCP issue (the client is unable to obtain an IP address). It can also be things like incorrect VLAN assignment or other network-related issues.

This flag can sometimes be a red herring though as some client devices may take longer than expected to come out of sleep mode causing the AP to think the client is having network issues.

Kind regards,

Nathaniel
