Hi Cam,

I'm not aware of any LED pattern when the switchport LED specifically flashes between green and amber, but without knowing the LED mode which you have selected it is difficult to say. However, after reviewing the details of the various LED statuses and assuming that by "POE light" you mean that you have the LEDs in PoE mode, my guess is that this is a PSE providing 802.3af power (solid green) experiencing an error (flashing amber). This appears to be the only combination where an indicator LED can flash green and amber, but feel free to review the details below. I have included the descriptions for the SR2024/P series switches, but the patterns for the SR2124P/2148P are identical.

From the Help system, under Power, Ethernet Port, and SFP Port Status LEDs (http://www.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/6.1r5/hm/full/help.htm#hw/sr/SR2024_2024P.htm)

Help entry for the SR2124P LED statuses: http://www.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/6.1r5/hm/full/help.htm#hw/sr/SR2124P.htm
Help entry for the SR2148P LED statuses: http://www.aerohive.com/330000/docs/help/english/6.1r5/hm/full/help.htm#hw/sr/SR2148P.htm

Hope this helps
